Guest check-in is between 4pm and 9pm unless previously agreed. Guests wishing to check-in after 9pm will be accepted at the sole discretion of Dunedin.

Reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking with a valid credit card, debit card or cheque payment equal to or greater than the quoted cost for the first night's stay. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of the appropriate payment. Guests paying by credit card will incur a 3% surcharge.
