Reservations/cancellation policy
Reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking with a valid credit or debit card payment equal to the quoted cost for your first nights stay. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Reservations will only be confirmed upon reciept of the appropriate payment. All card payments, except UK based debit card transactions will incur a 3% surcharge. Dunedin does not accept payment by cheque. In the interests of our guests credit/debit card security we recomend all card details are provided by telephone. Full payment of the original reservation will be charged for any "no-shows" or for cancellations made less than five days before the commencement of your stay.
