The House

Dunedin is a Fife Guest House in the heart of Kirkcaldy, Scotland, and just a short stroll from shops, restaurants, bus and rail terminals. Private parking is available and we are happy to store golf clubs or bicycles for guests.

Originally built in 1854 as a church manse, Dunedin is now a Fife Guest House offering superior accommodation. All bedrooms have private shower rooms or en-suite facilities and are warm, clean and relaxing.

So stay at a Fife Guest House that gives you all the comforts of home - and more besides!

Stay at Dunedin.

Born in Scotland's capital city, Yvonne and Les Duffy moved to Kirkcaldy in 1990. They have one daughter, Ashley, aged twelve who helps Les maintain Dunedin's website.

Les says:
“We spent the last 18 years improving and renovating the house to provide a Fife Guest House that can compete with the best in Scotland.

We're constantly on the look out for facilities our guests will appreciate such as free wireless broadband. Guests can surf the net or check E-mail from their laptops - all in the comfort of their own room and without a cable in sight.

Another is the facility to obtain accurate driving directions to Dunedin from virtually any postcode/area in the UKdirectly from our website. Give it a try on our "How to find us" page and take the guesswork out of planning your route to Dunedin.

Dunedin isn’t a “typical” Fife Guest House. It’s a spacious and contemporary family home that just happens to be a Fife Guest House - and a very comfortable one too!
