The House

Dunedin is a Fife Guest House in the heart of Kirkcaldy, Scotland, and just a short stroll from shops, restaurants, bus and rail terminals. Private parking is available and we are happy to store golf clubs or bicycles for guests.

Born in Scotland's capital city, Yvonne and Les Duffy moved to Kirkcaldy in 1990. They have one daughter, Ashley, aged twelve who helps Les maintain Dunedin's website.
